All caged up!!

Welcome to this weeks sweet little tag class. The original idea of the bird cage is not mine, it came from Becca at Amazingpapergrace.com ! We'll be decorating our cages with ribbon and tag hangers and make even some faux snow if you'd like. Also we'll be making 10 3x3 gift tags to go inside the cage so you know right where they are when it comes time for wrapping! OH NO, Tell me I didn't just say WRAPPING!!!

Well I guess  it's true, the season is sneaking up on us rather quickly so we might just as well get busy and fill our cages with tags before they put us in rubber rooms instead!

Please email me if you are coming tomorrow night, or if you are not in my tuesday night class, email me if you would be interested in this class on another day.

Less is more!

Did you ever just buy paper because it was so beautiful that you had to have it, even though you knew deep in your heart you'd never want to cut it because it was so pretty? Then you feel guilty about buying it and not using it?!! Sound familiar?? Well, then this class is for you. In this class, I've taken 3 large sheets (the ones you hate to cut and I'll show you how to turn them into beautiful cards that will make you feel not so guilty about cutting it!  Then comes the balance of not wanting to hide too much of the paper with embellishments but yet you still have to have something!! Well, if you're me you have to have a little something at least on the card! And then there's the problem of taking a beautiful card and hiding it in a boring old plain white envelope! We'll, all your problems are solved in this class. We'll be making 3 cards with beautiful matching envelopes that the receiver will surely not part with anytime soon. (I'll be you'll see the envelopes used for coupons on the counter for months to come!

So come and join me for a fun class, and you'll be so pleased with yourself when you are done that you might just be inspired to dig out some of that really pretty paper you have stashed!

We're having a draw tomorrow night aslo! So please rsvp me by email if you are planning on coming so I can cut accordingly. If you are not part of my tuesday night class but are interested in this class, please email me at cardeologyemail@gmail.com and I'll arrange a second night for this class!

Copic Certification

Hi Friends;

A very talented lady by the name of Sherrie Siemens from BC is coming to Nova Scotia to teach basic Copic Certification. The class is on Nov 14th at the Holiday Inn Express by the airport. Certification is only $120.00 which is very reasonable. It looks to be a fun day of learning and practicing. Even if you aren't interested in being certified, the knowlege and practice of using these fabulous alcohol markers will be awesome. Sherries blog is http://sherrie-cardcreme.blogspot.com/ and if you are interested in signing up for the class as it's now open to the public, the website to do that is http://www.ilikemarkers.blogspot.com/

Hope to see you there! I know it's gonna be fun!
