Puzzled - First class of the new year

This class is a unique way of adding interest to you card without using a lot of bulky embellishments. This class will be offered on Tues Jan 18th from 7-10 and on Wed Jan 19th from 1-4. The cost of this class is $15.00 and includes all materials. All classes are held in my smoke free home in Canning. Groups of 5 or more people can make arrangements with me to have this class at another time in a location of their choosing.

January 18th Class - reviving your old brass stencils

For the first class of 2011, I've decided to work with a new medium. (It will be new to most of you). We'll be working with embossing paste and molding paste! The pictures are hard to see the definition but the images on the cards are actually 2 dimensional. These fun pastes come in a variety of colors or you can get them in white and adjust the colors yourself. This class will run on January 11th from 7-10 and on January 12th from 1-4. Please email me as soon as possible if you are interested in either of these dates as the Tuesday one is almost full. I have one  or two spots left for tuesday.

All caged up!!

Welcome to this weeks sweet little tag class. The original idea of the bird cage is not mine, it came from Becca at Amazingpapergrace.com ! We'll be decorating our cages with ribbon and tag hangers and make even some faux snow if you'd like. Also we'll be making 10 3x3 gift tags to go inside the cage so you know right where they are when it comes time for wrapping! OH NO, Tell me I didn't just say WRAPPING!!!

Well I guess  it's true, the season is sneaking up on us rather quickly so we might just as well get busy and fill our cages with tags before they put us in rubber rooms instead!

Please email me if you are coming tomorrow night, or if you are not in my tuesday night class, email me if you would be interested in this class on another day.

Less is more!

Did you ever just buy paper because it was so beautiful that you had to have it, even though you knew deep in your heart you'd never want to cut it because it was so pretty? Then you feel guilty about buying it and not using it?!! Sound familiar?? Well, then this class is for you. In this class, I've taken 3 large sheets (the ones you hate to cut and I'll show you how to turn them into beautiful cards that will make you feel not so guilty about cutting it!  Then comes the balance of not wanting to hide too much of the paper with embellishments but yet you still have to have something!! Well, if you're me you have to have a little something at least on the card! And then there's the problem of taking a beautiful card and hiding it in a boring old plain white envelope! We'll, all your problems are solved in this class. We'll be making 3 cards with beautiful matching envelopes that the receiver will surely not part with anytime soon. (I'll be you'll see the envelopes used for coupons on the counter for months to come!

So come and join me for a fun class, and you'll be so pleased with yourself when you are done that you might just be inspired to dig out some of that really pretty paper you have stashed!

We're having a draw tomorrow night aslo! So please rsvp me by email if you are planning on coming so I can cut accordingly. If you are not part of my tuesday night class but are interested in this class, please email me at cardeologyemail@gmail.com and I'll arrange a second night for this class!
